Ollolenghi Chilli Sauce

Everyone has their favourite chilli sauce. Gochujang, sambal, shatta, nam phrik, Tabasco? This is ours. Punchy, sharp, acidic and, all importantly, spicy. Fermented red chillis give it a funky hit. Add it anywhere you would hot sauce. Swirl into yoghurt, spread on a sandwich, or add to a sauce for an added punch.

Ingredients: Red Chilli (69%), Olive Oil, Red Jalapeno Peppers (Red Jalapeno Peppers, Salt, Acid: Acetic Acid) (9%), Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Tomato Paste.
