What kind of things does Feinerman's sell?
Feinerman’s provides a wide range of organic and non-organic wholefoods, a selection of eco-friendly cleaning and storage solutions and a select range of natural and organic gifts. Feinerman’s is not affiliated to one brand so offers a wide selection of goods produced both in New Zealand and from overseas.
Can I order perishable goods online?
Only non-perishable shelf stable products can be purchased on line. If you are collecting your order in-store then these products are available to purchase online.
I have a question about a product, who can I ask?

Can Feinerman’s source a product not currently stocked?
Yes, we will try and source products that we do not currently stock, especially if we are already selling the brand. Please ask!
Is it safe to use my Credit Card on the site?
We employ an up-to-date external secure platform (Stripe) throughout the payment process. Our aim is to protect your credit card security and see that you have a safe and secure shopping experience. See Privacy section under Terms for further details. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.
How can I pay?
We accept: MasterCard & Visa Credit Card payments and Debit Cards.

We also offer AfterPay – which allows normal delivery and payment spread over interest free instalments. Read more about AfterPay – click here.

Do you courier to addresses outside of New Zealand?
We only ship to addresses in New Zealand, however if you are ordering from overseas you are able to place an order as long as the delivery address is within New Zealand… i.e. sending a gift to friends or family.
How are orders delivered?
Orders are delivered by courier. Packages can be tracked with the tracking number you receive via our email (once your parcel has been dispatched).
When will I receive my order?
We aim to process & dispatch your order within 1 business day. Courier delivery usually takes 1-3 business days after dispatch, but please allow up to 5 business days – particularly in the case of rural deliveries.

Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within the next 1 business day.
How much will shipping cost?
This can vary depending on the size/weight of your order. Shipping will be calculated and shown at the checkout before your payment is confirmed.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, we offer a ‘Local Pickup’ service from our shop at 109 Scotland Street Roxburgh. Collection times are during store hours or by prior arrangement.

If you would like to pick your order up simply select ‘Local Pickup’ during the checkout.
