It’s just the evaporated nectar from the flower of organically grown coconut palm trees. That’s it! Thanks to this simple process, all the goodness inherent to the coconut flower is preserved.
With it’s sweet-malty, wholesome deliciousness, our Coconut Sugar makes the perfect alternative to refined sugars.
Using coconut sugar is quite similar to cooking and baking with brown sugar. It has a light but distinctive flavor, close to brown sugar or molasses.
