This versatile dressing is perfect for a variety of salads, from Greek and bean salad to beetroot and feta. For a delicious meal of lamb, new potatoes, and green salad, drizzle our dressing over everything on your plate. Our personal favourite is to add it to a salad of baby spinach, orange, avocado, and toasted almonds. Our dressing is handmade with simple and locally-sourced ingredients, right here in our kitchen in Hawea. Ingredients include canola oil, white vinegar, mint, honey, gluten-free mustard, salt, pepper, and xantham gum.
