Love Thy Chicken Beef Vindaloo

We call this dish “The Creeper!” The heat intensity builds with every mouthful, but don’t be deceived; this curry also boasts a beautiful balance of flavour and aroma. Its peppery taste is complemented by a rich blend of fenugreek, coriander, cumin, and cardamom.

This curry requires a longer cooking time of 2 hours, making it perfect for the weekend or to impress guests at a dinner party. Serve it with basmati rice and raita on the side. 

This recipe can also be easily adapted for a slow cooker and serves 4 to 6 people.
