The Cordero 1958 brand is a new expression of the historic company Molino di Borgo San Dalmazzo, founded in 1958 by Luigi Cordero to grind grain for artisanal bread-making around his area. Molino originally produced polenta and flour to satisfy the needs of bakers, restaurateurs, pizza chefs and families in the community. The company is now led by the third generation of Corderos and has evolved into an Italian brand known internationally for its craftsmanship and quality, beautifully showcased by the Cordero Pesto and Zucchini Fusilli.
