The Cordero 1958 brand is a new expression of the historic company Molino di Borgo San Dalmazzo, founded in 1958 by Luigi Cordero to grind grain for artisanal bread-making around his area. Molino originally produced polenta and flour to satisfy the needs of bakers, restaurateurs, pizza chefs and families in the community.
