Our artisan Chilli Kelp Seasoning is crafted from kelp seaweed sustainably harvested from the pristine waters of New Zealand’s North Island. Naturally dried to lock in nutrients, the kelp is finely ground and blended with carefully selected non-GMO chilli flavourings to bring a spicy umami kick to your dishes. This seasoning earned a Silver medal at the 2022 NZ Artisan Awards, a testament to its quality and taste. Use it as a rub, salt alternative, or add it during cooking to enhance flavours while potentially reducing cooking time. It also naturally tenderises.

New Zealand Kelp Seaweed (Ecklonia radiata) 53%, Raw Sugar, Salt, Spices (Capsicum 9%), Sunflower Oil, Spice Extracts.
