Combining the delicate honey-like flavour of our homegrown figs with smoky mellow tart balsamic

Ingredients:

Balsamic vinegar, muscovado sugar, Hawke's Bay fresh fig essence (5%)(figs 56%, water), vanilla

Additional Information:

24 months unopened

Store in the pantry or fridge once opened.  Use within 6 months once opened.

Serving suggestions:

Delicious with salads, added to olive oil for dips, roast vegetables and of course drizzled over strawberries and ice-cream

Try drizzling over cooked salmon for an amazing flavour combination
