Alexandra's Tomato & Turmeric Green Lentils

Alexandra's hearty green lentils deliver an earthy, savoury flavour that works beautifully stirred through greens with fresh herbs, paired with protein, or tossed into salads, grain bowls, soups and curries. Cooking is simple: add to a pot with 3.5 cups of water or stock, bring to the boil uncovered, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes until tender and liquid is absorbed. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Handmade in New Zealand, these lentils are an excellent source of fibre and protein, and naturally gluten free.

Green split lentils 82%, Coconut cream powder (Coconut extract, hydrolysed starch, sodium Caseinate (Milk)), Acidity regulator (341), Tomato 4%, Mediterranean Spice mix (with garlic, salt), Onion. Contains Milk.
