Queen Jel-it-In is a vegan and vegetarian alternative to gelatine. Jel-it-in can be used in sweet and savoury recipes including panna cotta, jelly, terrines and pies. Fast acting, your recipes will set quickly at room temperature, and will hold shape out of the fridge. Jel-it-in is an alternative to gelatine, not a substitute thus some recipes such as cheesecake may need some modifying to achieve desired results.
