The addition of magnesium to the body can help soothe sore muscles. Aches and pains, arthritis, improved sleep, depression,  fibromyalgia, cramps and restless legs.

Magnesium Chloride is more bioavailable than Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom Salts). When dissolved in water, the magnesium is absorbed through the skin, which increases magnesium levels in the body. Often tablets or powder supplements cause diarrhea, so this is an effective alternative.

This makes it ideal as an addition to a bath for soaking or used as a footbath for general absorption. Soaking for arthritis in the feet allows this magnesium to be targeted to that specific area.

How to Use:

For bath use, add a cup full, or for a footbath, several tablespoons.
