A classic Caribbean blend for rubs, marinades and seasoning. Our tried and true blend includes all spice, thyme and chilli, and is perfect with chicken and pork or sprinkled over potatoes before roasting.

How to use:

• Mix with olive oil and use as a rub for chicken 
• Stir into scrambled eggs
• Mix it with your guacamole for an exotic dip
• Stir into mayonaise (great as a dressing for coleslaw or use as a marinade)
