How to Use:

A classic Middle Eastern and Moroccan ingredient with a perfumed citrus flavour and aroma. Ideal for flavouring custards, cakes or citrus dishes. Use sparingly in lamb dishes. Mix with sugar to make a syrup and pour over sliced stone fruits.
