• Smoked salmon sides typically weigh between 500g and 750g, with prices starting at $41 for 500g. Please note that some sides may weigh more than 750g.

  Fresh pinned salmon sides generally range from 1kg to 1.5kg, with prices starting at $60 for 1kg. Please note that some sides may weigh more than 1.5kg.

  You will be charged for the salmon based on its weight at the time of collection. Please specify your preferred size when placing your order.

  We will contact you closer to the collection date. If you need the salmon before Christmas, please indicate your desired date in the notes section of the online order form along with your preferred size.
