Premium Umeboshi Vinegar is made from the juice of mature pickled ume plums which have been traditionally brewed and aged in wooden casks. No artificial additives or preservatives are used. Umeboshi vinegar is wheat-free. It can be substituted for any other vinegar.
Use it to add extra flavour and goodness to salad dressings, stir-fries, sauces, spreads and dips. Ideal for pickling and marinating.
