Our sauerkraut is made traditionally, in the home of sauerkraut. It’s simply organic cabbage, slowly fermented in its own juice with a bit of salt, and without the addition of starter cultures. It’s heat stabilised, yet retains around 1-1.5% lactic acid. Mildly tangy, this low carb food is a zingy addition to nearly any meal or snack.
