Couscous is a coarsely ground pasta made from semolina wheat. We have two types of couscous, Israeli and French. Unlike French couscous, Israeli couscous is toasted after it’s rolled, giving it a slightly chewy, nutty flavour.
They both work beautifully as a base for vegetable and meat dishes. It also mixes well into salads and can be flavoured with herbs, spices and fruits. It is the base for our popular Moroccan Couscous ready to cook range and can be a base for all sorts of cooking.
