Preheat the oven to 160C
Form the salmon into four burgers
Rub the herbs and salt on the meat directly.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the burger is cooked thoroughly.
Creamed Vegetables
Steam the veggies until just tender. Remove 1/3 of the veggies while hot and put them in the blender.
Add the rest of the ingredients (except remaining veggies) and blend until smooth and creamy. Drizzle this mixture over the remaining vegetables.
