Keto Recipes - One Pot Soup
Yields1 Serving
 4 cups washed vegetables, celery, fennel, cauliflower, broccoli, and or spinach
 8 cups bone broth
 1 knob freshy ginger, peeled and chopped
 Sea salt to taste
 Fresh oregano and/or thyme
 400 g organic lamb, chicken, beef, pork mince

Wash and chop your assortment of veggies and boil it in the water or broth with the ginger, 1/2 tsp salt, oregano/thyme.

Once the water comes to a boil, add the mince meat directly to the water. When the veggies are tender and the meat is cooked thoroughly, remove from the heat, season with salt, and serve.
