This is such a quick and easy recipe to throw together for lunch and it is super nutritious. It is the go-to lunch in winter at Feinerman's.

 100 g Protein of choice such as chicken, beef, fish
 1 pinch Chilli flakes
 100 g Broccoli or cauliflower
 2 cups Silverbeet or spinach
Directions

Add chicken or other protein to a pot and gently poach the chicken and broccoli or cauliflower until cooked.

Add leafy greens, konjac noodles and coconut milk and cook for a further 5 minutes

Season with salt and pepper or add chilli for some spice
