Mix together the ground chicken, garlic, coriander, almond meal and spices. Add the avocado, making sure to mush it so it's not chunky.
Divide into 4 equal-sized patties
Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a skillet. Add the chicken patties and cook for about 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Serve each patty wrapped in a lettuce leaf.
Brussels Sprouts. Toss all ingredients together and cook in a frying pan over medium-heat for 6 minutes or until sprouts are wilted.
Optional Extras. Slice of tomato. Slice of cheese. Sugar free tomato sauce. Slice of gherkin. Homemade mayo.
