Keto Recipes - Cauliflower Hummus with toasted seeds

 ½ head of cauliflower cut into florets
 4 garlic cloves peeled
  cup olive oil
 ½ tsp sea salt
 ½ tsp ground cumin
 2 ½ tbsp lemon juice
 2 tbsp hulled tahini
 To serve extra virgin olive oil
 Toasted spiced seeds

Place a steamer basket over a saucepan of boiling water. Add the cauliflower and garlic cloves and steam for 20–25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is very tender. Remove the cauliflower and garlic and allow to cool completely in a colander.

Place the cauliflower, garlic and the remaining ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the seasoning with a little more salt if needed.

Place the cauliflower hummus in a serving bowl, drizzle over the extra-virgin olive oil and sprinkle on the toasted spiced seeds.
