 2 tbsp tamari
 1 tsp sesame oil
 1 tsp grated ginger
 1 tsp grated garlic
 ¼ cup knojac or kelp noodles
 ¼ cup grated carrot
 ¼ cup grated zucchini
 200 ml hot boiled water
 1 tbsp beef bone broth or vegetarian broth
 pinch chinese five spice (optional)

Throw everything together in a cute glass jar in the morning, then add in hot water once you’re ready to dig in.
