We love smoothies, they are easy, usually require less than 5 ingredients and super nourishing. Adding Hemp into your smoothies is a great way to increase your protein intake as well as Essential Fatty Acids. With Hemp being a seed, it’s great for those that are avoiding nuts. Hemp is one of the superfoods that contains fibre, protein, omega 3s and 6s, iron and magnesium! Now that’s something you’d want to add to your diet every day.

 1 tbsp Organic hemp powder
 1 cup Frozen organic blueberries
 1 Banana, peeled and cut into chuncks
 2 cups Of your choice of milk

METHOD
1. Place hemp powder, blueberries, banana, milk and almond butter into your blender.

2. Blend until there are no lumps and pour into your glass.

3. Top with hemp seeds and drink!
