Our favourite go to dish is tuna and cannellini bean salad on lettuce cups. Simply add one tin of tuna in olive oil to one can of cannellini beans. Add minced red onion, capers, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley. Great for lunch or dinner
