Tip: For best results, apply two coats. For a light coat, you can leave it on for one hour. Or apply a double coat, before getting dressed, or before bed.

 Directions for an Eco Tan Mousse 1 Hour Express Self Tan:

1. Exfoliate 24-48 hours prior to application using the Eco Tan Exfoliating Glove.
2. Apply Cacao Tanning Mousse liberally and evenly onto clean, dry skin.
3. It is a lightweight foam and easy to apply.
4. Start from your ankles and work your way up.
5. Apply using your hands. Just wash your hands thoroughly afterwards. Or you can use the Eco Tan Double Sided Applicator Mitt.
6. Leave Cacao Tanning Mousse for 1 hour for a light coffee complexion and 4 hours for a stunning deep bronze tan before washing off.
